The Balland Messe-Service GmbH

Balland Messe-Service GmbH has been operating as an implementation company for joint company stands at trade fair participations of federal and state ministries since 2001. We are available as a competent contact partner for all questions before, during and after the trade fair participation.

For the foreign trade fair program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), Balland is regularly commissioned with the implementation of joint company stands. In addition to the foreign trade fair program, Balland has also realized projects of the special program Export Initiative Energy in recent years.

Other clients include NRW.Global Business, Bayern International and trade associations such as the VDMA in Frankfurt.

In addition, Balland also organizes trade fair participations without government support for German companies and trade associations, thus helping German SMEs to open up new and sometimes difficult markets.

Cooperation with AHK's, international trade fair organizers, GTAI, consulates and embassies is a matter of course for us.

Balland Messe-Service GmbH sees itself as a service provider and specializes in the organization of trade fair appearances. Our core competence lies in the organization of joint company stands abroad. Here, it is particularly important to us never to lose sight of the individual needs of the exhibitors.

Satisfied exhibitors are the basis for a successful joint stand. Accordingly, we position ourselves as an absolute service provider and see ourselves as a problem solver and contact partner especially for SMEs before and during the trade fair. In new and difficult target markets, our competences and contacts help to offer exhibitors an optimal infrastructure at the trade fairs.

These competencies are complemented by our sister company Balland Messe-Vertrieb GmbH, which specializes in representing internationally active trade fair organizers. The aim is to provide companies from German-speaking countries with competent advice and support in the selection of their foreign trade fair appearances.

Through a combination of execution and representation, Balland is present at over 50 international trade shows per year.
