Food & Hospitality Malaysia will take place this year from 23.09.-26.09.2025. Under the theme "Cultivating Solutions for the Food and Hospitality Industry", the fair will focus on current challenges and strengthening business relationships in the industry.

The Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) is once again participating this year with a German joint stand for companies.

Registration: To register for Food & Hospitality Malaysia online only.

Each exhibitor must obtain accreditation once in advance before registering for the German Pavilion.

The registration deadline is 28.02.2025.

In 2025, the BMEL offers 2 participation options:

• Stand from 9 sqm with stand construction = from € 435.00 / sqm
• Information center on approx. 3 sqm for 1.200,00 € all-inclusive

Plus registration fee of the organizer: € 80.00
